We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Otolaryngology practice. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Collect patient information and maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
