Allergy Operations & Training Manager

Department: Allergy Corporate
Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Job Summary:
Leads the operational excellence and staff development of our allergy service line across multiple clinic locations. Provides team member training and development. Creates standardized workflows. Leads quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent patient care across all states and locations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Oversees day-to-day allergy operations across all clinic locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Coordinates with site allergy leads and practice managers, providers, and administrative teams to support allergy inventory, clinical workflows, patient identification and retention, quality assurance, and patient safety.
  • Identifies operational inefficiencies and implements standardized solutions that scale across locations.
  • Conducts regular site visits to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Training & Process Standardization

  • Leads training sessions virtually or onsite on new processes, clinical protocols, workflow changes, and updates to allergy services.
  • Maintains centralized and up-to-date training documentation, SOPs, and resource materials.
  • Serves as the initial point person for staff questions, guidance, and ongoing process reinforcement.

Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversight

  • Performs routine quality audits across sites, including chart reviews, compliance checks, and treatment safety assessments.
    • Ensures consistent adherence to internal protocols, industry best practices, and regulatory standards.
    • Tracks and reports quality metrics and trends to leadership. Develops action plans to address deficiencies.
    • Collaborates with clinic allergy team and leadership to ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Three years of experience in clinical operations, preferably within a multi-site healthcare or regional organization.
  • Strong background in training development, process implementation, and quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in allergy or ENT practices.
